If you want to work at Jam 7, you’ll go through a clear process with quick feedback. We’ll tell you what happens next after you apply and what we’re looking for at each stage.

You’ll use AMP as the marketing brain to accelerate research, planning and execution. Humans own judgement, quality and honesty at every step.

AMP is a platform and system for doing marketing work end–to–end. It improves clarity, consistency and outcomes. It is not “prompting as a process”.

You’ll be hired as a Growth Agent with real ownership, not as a narrow specialist. AMP gives you leverage, but craft and standards stay non–negotiable.

Where we can, we aim to be clear on compensation expectations. If a role does not list a band, we’ll share ranges early in the process so you can decide quickly.

We’ll be explicit about location expectations, in–person cadence and how collaboration works so you can plan your week with confidence.

We value pace, but we do not value chaos. We build sustainable rhythms, protect focus time and keep standards clear so work stays healthy.
